Team Captain Guide.

Many hands make light work.

Team Captains are responsible for:

  • Managing your team – setting goals of how much you want your team to raise.
  • Recruiting team members to join in.
  • Building and maintaining momentum, team enthusiasm and spirit up to and during the event.
  • Collecting money and ensuring it gets banked.
  • Celebrating your team’s success at Light the Night and thanking the appropriate people after the event.

The Foundation has prepared this information to help you build your team and help the members become effective fundraisers.
