Why can’t I find the person I want to sponsor?

There could be a few reasons.  Check your spelling – if in doubt type in fewer letters of their name (remember, you’ll get more results this way).  Try searching for their team instead. 

The registrant may have requested not to be searchable by the public.  In which case, you won’t find them.  Get in touch some other way and ask them to email you a direct link to their Personal Profile Page.
