My sponsors can’t sponsor me online, what’s wrong?
We’re trying to make the process as easy and foolproof as possible. From time to time computer errors occur. Check any error message your sponsor received to see if there is a reason why the credit card was declined (such as the wrong number or expiry date typed in).
Check the credit card statement to see if the transaction was charged to the card.
If there’s still a problem, either email us, or call the Light the Night team in your state on 1800 500 088.
